One simple lightbulb can make a huge difference

Who would have thought one simple change could make such a difference.

We have been living in our house for 11 years WITHOUT a pantry light. Until this past week and boom! Let there be light!

Now we were able to get the job done without a light — find the oatmeal, re-stock the paper towels and search for sweet potatoes in the floor bin. We just didn’t know what we were missing.

Adding a simple lightbulb changed everything. It is as if we got a new pantry and it seems fuller without anything.

Sometimes the human body behaves this same way. You could see some drastic changes with small changes.

Simple ideas can create drastic changes. This could be by adding more water everyday, taking out fast food or modifying your nighttime routine to improve sleep.

You can also make drastic changes by improving where you feel exercise. This is our taste test — the litmus test to figure out what is wrong and what is right.

For instance, stand up and stretch your pec in the doorjam closest to you. Do you feel the stretch in your pec (front of chest?) or in the back? Do you fingers tingle or is it a deep stretch that feels good? Now try doing this on the other side.
