Our fitness classes are structured in 8-week series. When you sign up for a class, you are making a commitment to yourself and your health journey!
Our 8-week fitness series are carefully crafted for you by our instructors and physical therapists. Most series include a pre- and post-assessment in strength, flexibility, or mobility to measure your progress.
Yoga can alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. This class will focus on safe positions to help with mobility, along with build muscles to prepare for childbirth and after. Here a safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.
This class is designed to give participants an hour a week of uninterrupted relaxation. We will hold various poses to let our bodies relax into them. Poses will be easy to modify for all flexibility and strength levels.
This Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention series is an evidence-based program, developed by Dr. Paul Lam of the Tai Chi for Health Institute. It incorporates aspects of the Sun style tai chi, known for its healing qualities and focus on movement and balance. Each class will begin with a set of warming-up exercises, Qigong breathing exercises, and a set of cooling down exercises. This series is great for anyone, especially those looking to move better and move more.
In this 8-week class you will learn the 12 poses (asanas) recommended by noted researchers at Sanford, Duke and Columbia Universities that can build strength in both muscles and bones throughout your body, along with poses that should be avoided. These weight-bearing poses can help reduce the impact of osteopenia and bone loss by naturally building bone strength.
NOTE: Participants with a diagnosis of osteoporosis will need a doctor’s approval to take this class.
Restorative class, focusing on building your core and pelvic floor. We will work on proper breathing, alignment, and muscle recruitment specific to the muscles stretched during pregnancy and labor.
The first and last class will include a diastasis recti screen, measuring any abdominal separation and progress by our specialist. Whether it’s been 4 months or 40 years since your last child, once postpartum always postpartum.
8-week series designed for those who want a thorough but gentle whole-body stretch. This low impact class will renew you from head to toe! Chairs and props will be used to modify poses as needed. With practice you will have healthier joints, more flexible muscles, better balance and a more relaxed, centered mind. You will learn gentle yoga movements combined with relaxation, meditation & deep breathing exercises to help you let go of stress, refresh, renew and recharge.

Class DescriptionExercise has been shown to help gain strength, posture, balance and gait mobility in individuals with Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis. Join us for an 8-week group exercise series on Wednesday and Fridays to improve functional strength & balance with Pilates and Tai Chi based exercises.
We will offer a pre & post measurement to assess the risk of falling and mobility along with progress made in the class. A diagnosis of Parkinson’s or Multiple Sclerosis is not necessary.

Class DescriptionThis mat class is a great place to start Pilates, as it focuses on the fundamentals. This class is a full body workout using your own body, along with a variety of props, designed to challenge the core, while also strengthening and lengthening major muscle groups. Using both classical and more modern Pilates exercises, this class will work to improve posture, flexibility, and proper body alignment. Additional props used to support the back or other joints as necessary.
Class DescriptionThe program designed by physical therapists and yoga instructors specifically for runners and athletes to improve flexibility, strengthen core stability and enhance running potential. Exercises are designed to target areas that are frequently restricted and weaker as the perfect cross-training program to optimize performance.

Class DescriptionThis beginner/moderate yoga class is the perfect way to start a weekend! Join Megan for some easy transitions, holding poses. This class will offer the perfect combination of relief and stretch from aches and pains with active movements. All levels are welcome!
Class DescriptionThis is a continuation of our Postpartum Core & Restore* class. We will revisit some of the fundamental components of proper breathing, alignment, and muscle recruitment with a quick progression into a variety of exercises to improve our core and pelvic strength. The first and last class will include a diastasis recti screen, measuring any abdominal separation and progress by our specialist.
