Fitness Classes

Chair Stretch & Strength

Safely strengthen your body. Whether you are having difficulty with balance, recovering from an injury or just want the extra support this class will focus on maximizing your body’s potential while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Gentle full-body workout utilizing a chair.

Core Mat Pilates

This class is a blend of basic Pilates and yoga principles to improve posture, restore core and back strength, and feel stronger.

Pilates Strength Circuit

Full Body workout incorporating Pilates principles, functional strength exercises, and dynamic movements. The various stations in the circuit will be sequenced to work all the major muscle groups to leave you feeling a little sweaty and very empowered.

Postpartum Core & Restore

Work on proper breathing, alignment, and muscle recruitment specific to the deep core and pelvic floor muscles stretched during pregnancy and labor.

Prenatal Yoga

Alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain, and sciatica. This class will focus on safe positions to help with mobility and build muscles to prepare for childbirth and after. Safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, discomforts, and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing.

Baby & Me Yoga

This is your opportunity to bond with baby on the mat and start healthy habits young! This class is fun and a no-judgment zone. Babies will be babies, and fun will be had no matter what! Class is best for newborn to age 1.
