Tom Brady He can be considered one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. He was the oldest NFL MVP at age 40, the oldest Super Bowl MVP at age 43, and the oldest quarterback selected to the Pro Bowl at age 44. Novak Djokovic He can be considered one of the greatest tennis players of all time. He has won more grand slams than any other male tennis player, including the 23rd Grand Slam title at age 36. He is the 4th oldest male to win a grand slam. Some more stats The average age of an NFL player is 26 years old and average retirement from professional tennis is 27 years old. So, what do you have in common with 2 of sport’s greatest? Answer is one word. Longevity Yes, Longevity. If you are like me, you realize now that wow, we are all getting older. You may be in another decade than before and/or know that you are not getting up as quick in the morning and have more stiffness in random places. Tom and Novak are feeling the same. And, they push their bodies to the limits. We do not know all of the secrets to why they can perform 10-20 years longer than the average professional but we do know it is because they take care of their body. You can do the same. Instead of running away from lineman or towards a green ball, you need to be able to simply sit at your desk, go for walks in the park or squat to sit in the chair. Our longevity is not another multi-million dollar deal but being able to work for another 10-20 years, play with grandkids or simply sleeping and moving better. We can help you.
