If you chose Optimize, that email also includes a scheduling link for your 30-minute session. If you chose Complete, you simply book through our office scheduling system.

We recommend scheduling your remote consultation after you complete your self-test, so your Physical Therapist can walk you through real results.

You're welcome to book your in-person exam right away through the scheduling system — and our team will create your 6 Green Zones account when you arrive, so your therapist can input the results into your account.
