Cervicogenic Dizizness is the medical term for dizziness that originates from the neck. In most cases, “wrong” signals from the neck cause these symptoms, especially if you have pain, previous trauma and/or stiffness. In these scenarios, the cause of dizziness, lightheadiness or unsteadiness is medically described as cervicogenic dizziness.
This 1 week program is the first step, considered pain relief stage, of treating cervical dizziness with specific exercises.
This is not a basic exercise program you will find through a general search but instead, it is a very specific, guided set of movements that will help you move better and feel better!

I highly recommend you read the instructions and look at the pictures associated with the exercise to feel the exercise where you should, or it may not do you any good! See the next page for details on my approach.
During the 1 week period, I recommend performing each of the exercises in numerical order as described in this manual.
During the initial 1 week period, I recommend performing the exercises three times a day. Yes, three times a day! Think breakfast, lunch and dinner.
