Oxygen in our atmosphere = human life can exist. However, if you google it, most of the initial articles and suggestions for this term are more gloomy & negative. A few suggestions from google that popped up for me were: “can cyanobacteria make you sick” “are all cyanobacteria toxic to humans” “what happens if you are exposed to cyanobacteria” I am guessing bacteria just do not have a good label, but this got me thinking of what exercise is generally good for the whole but appears bad online. The answer: Superman exercise The superman is a floor exercise that involves simultaneously lifting your arms and legs off the ground. This move will not only work your abs, but also strengthen your back. Professionally speaking, this exercise maybe not be the best go-to for someone with low back pain, but should you ever avoid it? I don’t think so. Not at all. You just have to build up to it. This exercise requires a certain amount of core strength. Initially, it requires flexibility to move at the lower lumbar spine. 1 of our 6 green zones actually tests the mobility of this lumbar spinal segment. We not only observe to see if you can do it, but we determine how it feels and what sensations arise from the movement. If you hurt to simply move this segment, then of course placing more stress and torque with a superman will be unfavorable.
