Can you crush a 4 minute mile?

Can you crush a 4 minute mile?

The 4 minute mile is a crazy idea for the world.

Until 1954, the thought of running a mile in 4 minutes was unheard of.

But, once Roger Bannister achieved the first sub-four-minute mile at age of 25, with a time of 3:59.4, the idea is not as crazy anymore.

People actually try to achieve this milestone. Over 1700 people have done it now!

I do not know about you, but I will never come close to a 4 minute mile!

Even though this could be a goal to achieve, I would rather get up refreshed in the morning, not feel tight all day, and keep going strong for the next day.

That may be a crazy idea for the world.

But just like the 4 minute mile achievement, it is not crazy or unheard of.

It just requires some guidance, education and specific approaches.
